From the perspective of the nature of enterprises, nearly 80% of state-owned enterprises believe that the national logistics business environment has improved. From the perspective of enterprise size, enterprises with more than 300 employees have a high evaluation of the national logistics business environment, and more than 80% of enterprises believe that the national logistics business environment has improved. Among small and micro enterprises with 100 employees or less, 68% of them believe that the national logistics business environment has improved.

    More than half of the enterprises improved their business performance

According to the survey data, more than half of the surveyed enterprises believe that the business conditions of enterprises in 2023 have improved to varying degrees, among which, large-scale enterprises have stronger risk resistance and greater demand for scientific and technological innovation talents.

From the perspective of enterprise operating conditions, 39.34% of the enterprise business growth between 5% and 20%, 11.92% of the enterprise business growth of more than 20%, a total of more than 51% of the enterprise operating conditions have improved to varying degrees.

Among them, the proportion of large-scale enterprises with more than 300 employees reflecting the improvement of business conditions is more than 60%, which is significantly higher than small and medium-sized enterprises, and large-scale enterprises have strong anti-risk ability.

    From the perspective of different fields, express delivery, air freight, supply chain services and other fields of enterprises reported different degrees of improvement in business conditions accounted for more.

The surveyed enterprises are generally satisfied with the environmental evaluation of government service. In recent years, various departments have continued to streamline administration and delegate power, and enterprises have a strong sense of gain. Express delivery companies rated the innovation environment the highest, much higher than other fields.

More than 40% of the enterprises are confident of completing the 2023 enterprise development goals and tasks, and the confidence of enterprises above the scale is sufficient.

    Expert advice: Increase tax support to optimize traffic measures

In this survey, logistics enterprises also face some "urgent difficulties and worries" problems to be solved. The survey enterprises have low evaluation on financing environment, competition environment, employment environment and land use environment. Combined with this survey, China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing also put forward some policy suggestions. According to the survey data, the most desired policy support for enterprises is to increase tax relief, accounting for nearly 60%, followed by financing support, accounting for more than one-third. The third is to optimize access measures. In terms of traffic, experts suggest deepening differentiated highway tolls, implementing 50% discount for empty cars on the highway, and reducing long-distance transportation costs.
